Most people don't write down their goals out or create a solid plan to achieve them.
Why does it matter?
Goal setters are more confident, motivated, and make more money.
Celebrating your goals creates dopamine in the brain and this in turn helps you build momentum and confidence. Use these steps to get to your crazy confident self through goal success.
Step 1. Write down you goals?
Step 2 Create a plan with routines, and actionable checkpoints along the way and put it in your calendar.
Step 3. Celebrate small wins and big wins to help change your brain. Become more confident and motivated during the process of celebration.
Step 4. Pay attention to you thoughts. Manage your mind so your mind doesn’t manage you.
Step 5. Find an accountability partner with a friend or family member or hire a coach.
Increasing your confidence happens in little steps. Keep taking the steps each day and before you know it you will be the most confident version of you!

As we say goodbye to Christmas 2023 it’s time to get serious about looking to the New Year.
What will the year of 2024 be for you?
What is on your list of goals?
What intentional actions will you need to take to reach those goals?

It's closing in on Christmas fast. We are only six days away from one of the biggest days of 2023 and then we will rapidly close out the year into a new one. This time of year is busy. It's so easy to get distracted by buying presents and not being present. This time of year is full of family and friends but we can get overwhelmed by personalities and attitudes. This quick podcast will give you three ways you can use mind management to make your Christmas more enjoyable despite it all.
#1. Consider being present more than gifting or getting presents
Christmas is not only about giving and getting presents it’s about being present. In the moment. Taking time to connect with the people that are in front of you.
#2 Let go of expectations.
Yes, I just said Let Go of Expectations. Hear me out. So much of our disappointment comes from our thoughts about how we believe things “should” be? If we learn to do our best and allow others to do their best we would all be much more connected from this one small thing.
#3 Approach the season with a heart of gratitude.
Decide to find at least three new things each day to be thankful for. As we rapidly countdown the days to Christmas and closely after that to a New Year, find a few things each and every day to be thankful for.

This episode we finish up our planning for a confident and successful new year. Don't forget to go grab your worksheet so you can complete all the exercises. You won't regret taking the time to sit down and get clear about where you have been and where you are headed.
Step 6 - Add the steps to your goals to your calendar
These are actionable steps. Give yourself a timeframe. Back out the dates for the end goal and add mini deadlines to your calendar. Don't forget to follow the directions and add your birthdays, anniversaries, and vacation dates first and fill in around those dates. Make time for family and friends!
Step 7 - Work on your mindset
This may be the most important step.
Your D.I.R.T (Doubts, Insecurities, Resistance, Triggers)® will keep you from reaching your goals if you do not deal with it up front! Getting coached is the most efficient and effective way to do this!

EP4 - Part 1 - Getting Prepared for 2024 - 8 Step Guide to Help You Have a Successful and Confident New Year!
Like me you love this time of year all the beautiful lights the holiday cookies and all the wonderful food The Gatherings getting dressed up all the fun things of this time of year but it's also brings time of reflection of looking back on the past year and what we've accomplished or for some of us what we have an accomplished and it's kind of Bittersweet their emotions are sometimes strong and sometimes it can be downright disappointing if we didn't accomplish the goals that we set out at the beginning I like to help my clients reach more of their goals and I ended up creating a small guide eight steps to guide you into a successful New Year is a great guy to help you get clarity create a plan and at the end of the year I guarantee you you are more confident because you have spent the time and energy to figure out exactly where you want to put your time and energy and when you do that something magical really happens you feel more in control of your life and it builds so much more confidence.
- Review the past year. What went right? What went wrong? What would you like to do differently? What is working and you want to continue the same way?
- Take Inventory. Yourself, family, friends, and the groups you are involved with. What do you love? What is serving you and what could you let go of to make room for something new?
- Clean out the clutter. Physical and mental clutter are taking up space, time, and energy. Get the energy, time, and space back by cleaning out your spaces and your mind.
- Set goals. Use your brainstorm from 1 and 2 to create your goal list. Use SMART goals.
- Set yourself up for success. Create micro goals by breaking your goals into pieces and figuring out what tools, resources, and connections you will need to accomplish your goals.
