Being in HR for years of my professional life taught me a thing or two about leaders and who was confident and who was not confident. Often times, people believe the leaders especially the C Suite are super confident individuals and they have all the answers. Many times, the people who look great, present well, and command a room are seen as the most confident. This simply wasn't always true!
