Can you believe it's already 2025? Each year we have a choice. We can go through the motions or we can decide we want to improve ourselves in confidence and in life. If we decide we want to be our best selves, it takes constant practice as we encounter what life is throwing our way.
In this episode we are looking at simple everyday practices you can use to build your confidence all year long.
Unfortunately our confidence can be great one minute and a huge struggle the next day. What can you do to help maintain and build confidence despite challenges you face?
You must have a plan, practice some general methods that lead to success, and be consistent over time. Once you learn a few steps or methods that help you stay on top of creating and maintaining confidence, you will always have tools you can use if you find yourself struggling to be confident.
